Keri Fitzgerald, Trainer
Keri started her riding career through 4-H where she competed in Hippology and ranked 2nd in the state in her first year. With this early thirst for horse knowledge Keri started training for Eventing at Apple Knoll Farm in Millis Massachusetts, where she trained and competed at a young age through Training level. This is also where her love for teaching and her education in the science of riding began. While studying Equine Rehabilitation at Midway College in Kentucky she became an Open rider for their ISHA Team and competed several horses through the Preliminary level on their Event Team.
Coming back to Massachusetts Keri worked under Charlotte McEnroe and Cookie DeSimone teaching at home and at horse shows on the national level. Under their guidance and experience Keri was able to train both juniors and adults to find harmony with their horse while excelling past their own boundaries. Moving back to her home state also allowed her to foxhunt avidly with both the Norfolk and Myopia Hunt Clubs, mixing her love for x-country and classic equitation.
Keri has worked in every aspect of the equine industry from managing the daily activities of top notch Event and AA Hunter and Jumper horses, to running horse shows in Massachusetts and Kentucky at the Kentucky Horse Park.
